Vendor confirmed new toilet would be required and submitted the assessment for approval. Well, I call to get a status update today, to find out that the claim was not approved as of 6 days ago. They never had the courtesy to call and tell me or the vendor. I'm so frustrated with these people. They always find a reason not to approve claims, even though the initial call says it's a covered repair. I'm now out $80 some, because I had to pay their 3rd party vendor, still don't have a working toilet, and I have to now hire another plumber to come fix the issue.
